Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, with the exception of weekends. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday MST. We use neutral packaging.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

  • EU: 2-8 Workdays
  • International: 10-28 Workdays

 

Order Tracking

Upon packing and processing your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. This number allows you to track your shipment.

Please be aware that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. If you encounter any issues with tracking or have concerns about your order's status, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

 

Duties and Taxes 

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the shipping fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. 

 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
