Refund policy

We have a 30-day standard return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, please ensure the package is clearly marked as "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration. This helps avoid unnecessary customs duties or import VAT.

Any customs charges, taxes, or handling fees incurred during the return shipment to us will either be deducted from your refund or must be paid by you before we can accept the return.
If we are charged due to incorrect labeling or declaration, we reserve the right to refuse the return or withhold the corresponding amount from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.



6 Month Money-Back Guarantee
In order to qualify for our 6-month Money-back Guarantee, please make sure you fulfill the following criteria:

  • The product's user must be below 18 years old, and we will require someone of legal age (such as a parent or legal guardian) to furnish proof of the user's age (like an ID showing the user's date of birth).
  • A doctor’s note confirming the user’s height prior to taking our product/s.
  • You bought a six-month supply (1x 6-Month Supply, or 2x 3-Month Supply).
  • A subsequent note from a doctor should confirm the user's latest height measurement six months after commencing product use.

If, after six months, we approve that you haven’t grown at all, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price with a service fee of 25% of the order. (excluding shipping and taxes).
